Sound quality is good, but ear pieces are poorly made
These won't stay in my ears-- the piece that goes around/behind the ear does not stay in place (I have "average-sized" ears; my husband tried them on and they did not stay on him either, which he has larger ears than mine so size doesn't matter). The earbuds will only stay in my ears (and my husband's) if they are deep in the ear canal and suctioned to the canal. That caused both my husband and me to become lightheaded which is not a good combination when lifting weights. The sound quality was good, but I had to return these as they were not great quality in design.FYI My husband has the more expensive version of this brand and they are GREAT! They fit both him and me perfectly. If you want a quality piece, spend a bit more and you'll be satisfied with the product. :)Hope this helps!

Cheap and decent. ***UPDATE**
I bought 2 pairs of these buds as back up for when my kid inevitably loses or breaks his Power Beats. At less than $15 bucks, you could give them out as party favors.Sound quality is decent for the price. Not an audiophiles 1st choice at all but, they'll get you thru a workout or a day at the mall after Christmas returning all the crap you bought your wife that she didn't like. 3 different sizes of supplied tips...rubber & foam...pretty much gaurantees a good fit and seal. Not noise cancelling but a good seal will isolate you from a lot of the bad news in the world.I've seen a bunch of reviews complaining about the sound level. Well, FIRST ya gotta turn the volume up on the buds themselves and THEN use the volume controls on your device. Volume out of the box is 5 of 10. Turn them up to 10 and you'll be ok.Tried them listening to podcasts, streaming video on my phone and music. Performed decent on all. No lag on the video so that's a plus.Only issue I had was there is a periodic stuttering on the connection. It doesn't drop outright but sounds like someone is dragging the needle on a record. It lasts a couple seconds but it happened 3 or 4 times while listening to a song for about 2 minutes. Might resolve if you unpair and then pair again. This issue is enough to make me return them if I'd purchased for personal use. But, since they are for my kid once he wastes my $120 spent on the good pair of buds he has now... He can live with the stuttering.*******UPDATE*******A few weeks ago, TRELAB customer service reached out to me after seeing my review. They offered to send me a new pair of buds at no cost. This was completely unsolicited on my part and totally unexpected. I responded to Irene, their Reputation Manager Tram Lead, that I wasn't really interested in a new pair of neckband buds but, I was shopping for a pair of truly wireless buds. She promptly shipped me a pair of TRELAB X5 truly wireless. These buds aren't without flaws...no buds are...but they are head and shoulders above the neckband style I bought earlier.Sound is fantastic! I'm no audiophile but, I am a music lover. These buds have great bass but, also pay attention to the kids and the highs. Everything was clear and they sound very well spaced...you could hear the vocals and all the instrumentation very clearly. The pairing process wasn't as simple as some devices, they are a little larger than I'd like and the left bud drops out on occasion but, if you are in it for a great sound relative to price...these are the truly wireless buds for you.I'd give the buds themselves a 3.5-3.9 for actual performance but, I'll bitch TRELAB to a 5 for their excellent customer service.Buy these buds. For the money, you won't be disappointed. And if, by some chance, you are...they will take care if you.Nice to know superior customer service still exists in this time of pandemic

Poor design. May not fit in your ear.
Update:So, after making my original post (below) and returning my earbuds, I was contacted by Treblab customer support. They expressed great concern that the product didn't meet my expectations and wanted to help me resolve the issue. They paid careful attention to the issue I had with the xRun product and recommended I try their J1 product, free of charge. I was definitely not expecting this level of customer care and concern, but am, frankly, impressed and pleased. I recently received the J1 product and have been quite happy with it. The fitment issue I experienced with the xRun is not present with the J1. If you've had fitment issues with the xRun, try the J1 instead. At the end of the day, if you're on the fence about whether to buy a Treblab product, do it. The sound quality is better than anything else in the price range. And if the product doesn't work for you, Treblab will bend over backwards to make things right. I'm genuinely pleased with their products and customer support. Cheers!I currently own a set of Teblab X5's that are pretty good with the caveat that they behave very poorly in areas with high concentrations of other Bluetooth devices (e.g. airports and the gym). I decided to give these a go, thinking that the Bluetooth v5 might offer a better, more resilient connection (the X5's only use Bluetooth v4).The Good:I'm not sure whether it's the Bluetooth v5 connection or the fact that left and right earbuds are connected together and don't require an additional wireless connection to synchronize and transmit sound, but these units do work quite well in Bluetooth-dense environments. There is little-to-no interference. Also, the sound quality was certainly good enough. The Bad:Another reviewer mentioned that this product would simply not fit their ear, regardless of which tip they selected. The rest of the reviews looked good so I bought them. However, I was plagued with the same issue. I've used dozens of in-ear headphones over the years and have never had any issues with fitment. However, these things are designed with a bulbous pod located right above the ear canal tip. When inserted into the ear, this hard, bulbous section prevents the tip from seating at a proper depth and, thus, the tips will not seal in my ears. A longer tip may help, but none were included. Returning to Amazon to get something else. These may work for you, or they may not. Since there are so many similar, good products, I wouldn't gamble on these.

Tinny treble, no bass
I’ve tried all three differently sized ear bud covers and the sound quality never improves. Music sounds far away, with the treble set to 10 and bass set to 1. Buttons are impossibly small and too close together. My first pair of Bluetooth headphones were store-bought Skullcandy’s. They sucked and failed after several months of light use. This pair is no better.Lesson here is, you get what you paid for. Think it’s time to bite the bullet and splurge on some Apple earbuds.

Very nice... comfortable!
This is the 3rd bluetooth earbuds I've tried recently. The 1st set was too large. It felt like I had growths hanging off my ears. They weren't very comfortable after a short time. The 2nd set was very difficult to put on, and once on, they let too much ambient sound in. This set is very light and comfortable. They are much smaller than the 1st set and very easy to put on. I bought this only for audiobooks so I'm not concerned about technicalities of listening to music.
