great for beginners, pictures and directions are perfect and easy to follow

They didn't use terms about the procedures that had me saying 'what is that'? Everything was clear and the instructions were in plain English.

I haven't because it didn't have the craft I was looking for. I put in for string pull painting.

I've watched dozens of youtube vids on the various techniques, but wanted something I could follow offline with formulas written down and steps clearly spelled out. Some vids take FOREVER to get to the point and you have to wade thru a lot. This book clearly described all the popular techniques and how to achieve them. Perfect.

I really have enjoyed this book…and trust me, I have a ton of art books…but this one is quite nice!

Just got my copy and LOVE it! Can't wait to start in on all of the projects and am so grateful it includes such clear and abundant photos (on good quality paper, too!)! Wish the description had more information on what the book has in it. Once I got it, I realized it is mostly RESIN and ink painting. Not Acrylic Fluid Painting ideas at all, bummer. Returning it

I am a veteran alcohol ink artist but have not used resin and pouring methods. Jane's photos (artists are visual) are great!She uses clear and understandable instructions. Very well laid out and easy to follow. I am impressed with this book and appreciate all that went into it. I look forward to trying these new techniques. Well done!

I like this book. It has a lot of useful advice for all beginners.

Fantastic book. Lots of tips and tricks.

Too much of authors own work and pictures with no guidelines or teaching for beginners. I didn’t find it useful at all. More applicable info can be found on YouTube. Don’t waste your money.
