excellent product, but not for me
The scooter was delivered promptly. It looked good. felt solid, was easy to get up and go and I loved it. However, I found it too zippy and it was not easy for me to control the speed because I have RSI in my right [accelerator] hand. [Instead I am buying a scooter that can maintain a geared, low speed.] I started a returns procedure which was accepted and communications were well under way, friendly and speedy but in the end I sold it to a local guy who liked the speed. I got my money back. A good product so I have no complaints.

Good value for money
Could do with a speedometer display and the throttle lever could be better, but other than that is a piece of equipment

Be Careful
This is not a toy. It's fast. If buying for your kid BUY A HELMET ELBOW PADS AND KNEE PADS. At some stage they WILL come a cropper.... at speed. This goes as fast as a physically fit grown adult running as fast as they can. As for the retailer I can't recommend them enough. Very helpful.
