Asurion provided a credit for a defective AcuRite weather station refunding my original purchase price. It was a bit of a hassle to send the old unit back to them only because of the packaging. They provided a free shipping label. Once they got the item and reviewed it my credit was available the same day.I purchase the insurance on the replacement product too!

I bought insurance from you for a heater for my shop. it broke before the cold and my business was suspended. I applied for a guarantee and for a month I could not receive an answer. then when I got through they told me that I now have to send the broken product to them and only when they receive it they will send the money to the Amazon account and I have to order a new product and buy a warranty again. although I bought insurance for 3 years. Terrible service, I will never use them again.
