The flavor was good, but I still prefer the candy like taste of the white chocolate salted peanut. It was a little dense like most protein bars, but still gave you the gingerbread flavor. Overall, it is a nice change up to have in stock this time of year. If you like gingerbread and are accustomed to dense protein bars, this is a solid option. We like this Grenade better than the ONE brand Gingerbread, but cannot be a 5 star like the white chocolate salted peanut from Grenade that tastes like a legit candy bar.

I like the size of the bar, the flavor is good. I’m watching my carb intake and this was a good meal replacement when traveling.

Delicious! Doesn’t exactly taste like gingerbread, but has some of the spice essences. The chocolate coating is a bit confusing. The texture is amazing!!

Good way to get protein while "staying at home"

I've tried several flavors of these bars and they taste pretty good. I take them with me to work everyday for something to eat when I don't have much time and can't get a lunch break in.

The taste was excellent unfortunately it’s a terrible bar for people with soy allergies. I only eat this if I’m terribly constipated. You’ll make a grenade in your toilet if you eat 2 of these in one day. For me it caused excruciating stomach cramps and severe diarrhea. Do not gift these to anyone they will probably hate you after trying them. They should rename this the Grenade constipation killer bar. Good food choice if your preparing for a colonoscopy procedure. It’ll clean you out better than Miralax.

The Gingerbread is just ok.Definitely can taste gingerbread, texture is good but definitely not my favorite.

Ive been trying to contact someone about sending the expired product back and getting a refund. No where does it state in the description that these bars are 2 years expired. They made my stomach hurt. These should have been trashed, not sold to a cosumer.
