I purchased the Large First Aid Kit to add to my car, and I love this kit!Here are several things you might want to know before you purchase this kit:1. The kit doesn't come assembled. All the supplies come in a ziplock bag. The buyer has to organize and sort the medical supplies. I prefer this because it allows me to get familiar with the items in the kit and their location while I'm assembling the kit.2. Liquids, powders, gels, and creams "are forbidden in transport." This is common with many companies that ship products. This limits the potential for products to leak during shipping, ruining all the other items in the first aid kit. Even though this kit does NOT come with Burn Gel (section A), Saline Eye Wash (section B), and Alcohol Wipes (section C), each has a labeled spot. I was able to pick up all three items at the dollar store.3. There's room to add more items. On the back side of section A, there is a zippered pocket (see photo). I added some antibiotic ointment, moleskin, and pain reliever to this pocket. Most of the pockets have extra space to add more supplies. Most of the supplies were easy to fit in their designated pockets.4. Well constructed and designed. The kit has large, tough zippers. A lock can be added to the zippers if you're storing medications. The pockets and netting seem to be made of quality materials that will hold up over time.5. The pirate patch is velcro and is easily removed if you're not into a skull and swords.This is a great starter kit, and I would highly recommend it for a car, home, office, camping, trips, and water activities. However, it is a starter kit so be sure to customize it to your families needs. My family & I like hiking, so I added some antibiotic ointment, moleskin, pain reliever, and a snake bite kit.

This is a good individual first aid kit (IFAK) with all the necessary ingredients. However, that said, there were three items not included due to "shipping restrictions". They were burn gel, skin cleaning wipes and saline. Therefore, I had to go out and buy these items to include them in the kit. Also, the kit does not come fully packed. You get the case and a plastic bag of all the items (save the three it doesn't come with) and you have to pack the bag yourself. Each of the items are clearly labelled for the pack and can easily be put in the correct location. I would have preferred that the seller would have let me know ahead of time that not all the items would be sent no matter what the reason and that I would have to pack the bag myself. That would have definitely influenced my decision as another kit I was considering was one dollar more. Of course I don't know that they wouldn't have had the same issues.

I like the fact that everything has a place. Very organized. Outer material seems water resistant and I’m concerned that the plastic will crack after time. I’m not sure if it will withstand the rigors of SAR. I should have thought of this prior to purchasing. For home and car use, it is a perfect compliment.

This is an awesome IFAK. I bought one for my camping backpack. The bright red pack is great cause I can easily see it when I open my pack in case of an emergency were to happen. You do have to organize everything and they don't ship it with burn gel since that kinda liquid is against the law to ship or something like that (had a lil note in the pack saying so) wasn't to worried about it. I highly recommend for anyone and everyone. P.S. the pirate patch is hella cool, I love it.

WOW! I am really impressed with how jam-packed this kit is. I coach volleyball and am always in need of some good medical supplies and this thing is great! It has everything that I need and then some. One of my friends is in the Marines and was also really impressed with the kit and he wanted to try everything out. The kit itself is really well made and durable. He was excited that it was made out of the same material as some of his backpacks. I am glad I have this and can now be prepared for any emergency.

I am pretty accident prone. Love the design, organizational pockets and labels. Did not come with any of the liquids though so I had to order eye wash, ointment, burn cream and antiseptic wipes separate. Of course there are no labels for my wound sutures and dental glue for when I lose a crown but no one is perfect... believe me, I should know!

We just got this over the weekend and already love it. Its not small or huge, but perfect for a car or emergency duffel bag. We live in Oklahoma and need to be tornado ready during this season so we know we needed something and this bag seems to have everything you can think of. The best part is everything is labeled and has a place, in the event of an emergency or injury my kids would also be able to access the kit easily.
