I ordered this product to help me break up tightness in my forearms after tennis. I’ve tried everything else and my PT suggested this product. After a few days my arms already feel less strained and lighter. If nothing else, my skin also looks a little better. I know it is an odd use for the product but it works!Product is a very strong plastic but not heavy. There are no jagged edges on the “teeth” and it glides over my forearms. I do use a little Nuxe oil to make the sweeping motions easier and plan to try it on my legs and lower back. Maybe it will help my game as well as my appendages. Game. Set. Match.

This little tool is awesome, it does what you need. It takes longer to massage if you are doing your whole body, but takes little space and is on budget

I got this because it is similar to one my occupational therapist uses for loosening the muscles of my arm. The shape fits right over the bones of the forearm, allowing the teeth to really reach into the tissue.

I was on the fence about returning this item, and didn’t mainly because I didn’t want to go to all the trouble for something that didn’t cost too much.It’s okay. It’s small. The prongs/“feet” are not as rounded as I thought they would be, meaning that when I try to use it it feels more like I’m poking myself with blunt pieces of plastic than massaging myself. (I’d include a photo, but I’ve misplaced the item in the weeks since I got it.)If I try to use it without any water, it’s much too dry—the friction on my skin is painful. Even in the shower it was only a slight improvement. I haven’t tried lotion or oil yet.I mentioned it was small, and that would be okay—I’m petite—except that it is also light, meaning that there is really nothing to help you get leverage or additional force. It’s okay to use on your leg or something (not super easy, but okay) but trying to get my shoulders (which is what I was hoping for) or arms just ends up being difficult. Maybe that’s the norm for this sort of device, but if it were heavier I feel like it would help overcome problems with even the more awkward angles.I read the reviews that mentioned the handle was awkward before I purchased this item, but I thought, “oh, I’m sure I can deal with it.” Not really. It’s not even that the handle is awkward to hold so much as the whole device just doesn’t weigh enough, so you end up trying to press really hard on a somewhat awkward handle shape and all together it just doesn’t work out. Maybe someone stronger than me would have an easier time of it, but that’s my experience.Overall, it isn’t too surprising given the price, but I think it would be nice to just have a better option at a somewhat higher price point. The device really doesn’t do what I hoped it would do, and for me that means it wasn’t worth the cost, no matter how cheap.

The media could not be loaded. Updated review: The key to this great tool is consistency I bought it a while ago and didn't use it consistently. So I thought it didn't work so I broke down and bought that expensive fascia blaster (we all know the one!) but it was so bulky and hard to use and didn't seem to work either. So I went back to the small one and have been using it consistently for the last few weeks and it works great. I've been using it every night while sitting in bed. Watching my shows with a little cellulite oil and my thighs are so smooth. I'm so pleased! Just be advised, you will bruise at first because you really need to get in there and break up those bands. But after about a week I notice it getting smoother and smoother. This tool works great for me. I wish I took a before photo. Don't be gentle get in there and you will see results (I hope!)

This may be for cellulite, but it does wonders as a facial massager.It's especially useful for lymphatic drainage. I wake up very puffy and after applying oil I use this all over my face and neck.A great little tool at a low price.

I found this easy to use with the oil I also got off here to help my face with Bell’s palsy. It is sturdy and massages nicely
