Purchased the Large in Copper - it's pretty and seems to be well-made. I've been using it for a couple of months. Didn't know how much I'd like the lid feature (stands up when opened) but that's been a nice bonus. Seals well and easy to open/close. Very Pleased!

Very nice to keep on my counter top ,small footprint. My coffee is well sealed since it provides an airtight seal. When you open it, the coffee still smells like you just opened the bag.The nicest cannister that I've had! Highly recommended.

I just started drinking coffee last year. I am in my late 40's and never really liked coffee. Until last year when someone showed me how to properly brew it and how I can add flavors to a cup of coffee. I don't drink it full time/everyday - but I am now enjoying being a coffee drinker. So, one of things my friend showed me in being a coffee drinker was that he suggested to purchase a container to store the coffee. I thought - good idea. So, I went on a search to find a good container for someone on a budget. This is one I found and purchased. Now - first I would like to say - I like the look of it. And it does a good job sealing. It holds a lot of ground coffee (I buy ground coffee - I live in a studio apartment and do not have room for a grounder). And it is light weight (even when it is full). Now - here are my complaints. I didn't realize it wouldn't come with a scoop. I already have one - so that was too much of a problem. It doesn't have a place on the outside to "store" the scoop. You either have to wash it off every time and store it in a drawer or put it inside with the coffee. The emblem on the top popped off and I am going to have to get some glue to put it back on. Other then that - for someone on a budget - it is not a bad buy.

This is a great coffee keeper. Great seal on it and beautiful color. Comes with a very nice scoop. Keeps coffee fresh for a king time.

I really like this canister! With my old canisters, I had issues with the seal and with keeping ground coffee fresh - I often had to replace my canisters because the latches would break. This canister keeps a good, tight seal, and has a very sturdy latch that doesn't feel weak or out of alignment. It's heavy-duty and sleek. I'm not sure if my coffee grounds are necessarily "fresher" in this canister compared with others, but I do use the date settings and still get that fresh "coffee" smell each time I open it (it doesn't smell stale). This canister also fits a bit more coffee in it than most other canisters (dry and fluid ounces are different, guys!). At first, I felt that it was a tad-bit pricey for just one canister, but in not having to have already replaced it by now, it's an overall good purchase!

This is a nice coffee storage container, except for the fact it’s not safe for freezer use. It’s a good size and seems to have a good air tight seal.

We have a Keurig and I didn't want to purchase the single use cups as I think they are a waste of material and are expensive. So I buy the bags of coffee and use the refillable K-Cup units. I needed something to keep the coffee fresh between usage and this fits the bill really well. A 1lb bag of coffee grounds fit really well into one container. I bought three, one for regular, one for flavored, and one for decalf. I label each container and put them in my coffee station. If you purchase a larger bag from a wholesale company then you might find that you need to have more than one container or have another way to keep the coffee fresh in the large bag.

I spent way too much time trying to find a good glass canister (you've seen them, 3.5" diameter, bamboo lid, etc). that would hold a standard 12oz bag of ground coffee. The only choices were WAY too tall and a normal coffee scoop would not fit well or reach the bottom.So, had to bail on the glass-canister approach and tried these - very pleased. Simple clean look, holds 12oz ground coffee perfectly with room to spare (fit a 20oz bag with some compaction one time). Recommended!

It's too soon to give my view on how airtight and the freshness is as I only received the canister today. However it looks nice enough and the date option will probably prove to be useful... at least I'll know how out of date my coffee is when I use it!! LolI was disappointed to discover the measuring spoon was damaged - the handle had come detached from the "bowl" part. Hopefully the seller will send a replacement measure.UPDATE: The seller replied very quickly to my contact and has offered to send a complete replacement as the spoon is not available separately. Because of the great customer service I am upgrading my overall rating from 3 stars to 4 stars

I can put 3 bags of coffee inside the tin. Beautiful and sturdy. I don’t use the date marker but it is a plus to have it

Brilliant container fully airtight and the handy use by date counter on the lid keeps coffee fresh an when to use it by excellent

It's more convenient than a coffee bag we used before. It saves the flavour and has a handy scoop which makes making coffee easier

Really good canister , solid and tight seal . Pity it wasn’t little bit bigger . But still happy with it .
