6 months in, beginning to fail
I purchased 32 of these boxes for work in October 2013. I have experienced "catastrophic" failure with 2 of them so far; there becomes a problem with the locking mechanism and the dial wont turn. This happens if you enter the code OR use the key to unlock.I'm expecting the remaining 30 to fail over time, unfortunately.

When the battery runs out, it resets the combination (pretty stupid). Also, when you call customer service, be prepared for a long wait. I held on for 30 minutes one time before giving up.

No Security
Utterly worthless. Upon realizing the lock mechanism seemed cheap, I applied a small amount of force and opened it without the combo. This thing probably couldn't stop a 9 year old. The beep on the keypad is loud and obnoxious, and it gives away the length of your passcode. Don't be cheap, pay the 100 and get a real safe. This thing should only be marketed as a toy for kids.
