It is an excellent concept that is poorly developed. I got three or more and the fingers work very well to start and then no longer maintain decent tension.

The vibration is extremely basic and underwhelming and doesn't feel that great on the scalp, wish I wouldn't have wasted the money...

I bought one of these to get out of having to give my girlfriend head massages but I ended up loving it and then bought more as gifts for friends.I didn't have any problems with the button keeping the unit turned on without me holding it down or with the unit overheating. I found the device straightforward and easy to use, but it sounds like some other folks have recieved defective items.I can see getting the batteries out might be a tad challenging, but using a flat edge (ex: a butter knife) should easily do the trick. That said, I was able to get the batteries in and out with my fingers.Anyway - I highly recommend! My cats like it too, although not on their little cat heads!Thanks!!

Its only day one, but I am enjoying it already with some oils on my scalp! Its not too much of a vibrations and doesn't disturb my curl pattern while using. I bought to massage oils into my scalp for pre poo. It is working as described. Happy with this purchase.

The motor was so weak it didn't do much. I returned it immediately.
