Yes, that’s what I’ve been using to apply them with. There are some flaws, but most work ok.

Q: Are backs not included???

This is an eyelet. A grommet has a washer, eyelets do not - if your attachment tool requires a washer or you want the finished look on both sides, you want a grommet
