ARRIS Knee Ice Pack Wrap, Large Hot Cold Therapy Wrap for Pain Relief for Knee Surgery, Recovery, Aches, Bruises & Sprains,Injuries

I purchased this for my husbands knee. He is getting ready for surgery in a few weeks. We had other ice packs but they were warm after 30-50 minutes. 😞. This new pack remains icy cold for 2-3 hours. It’s truly amazing. The straps are long enough on it that he can wrap his knee with it with the straps and walk around with no issues (other than his current limp). We are both very impressed and definitely would recommend.

I do not have large legs, so this wrap does go all the way around, which is a huge bonus. I can see that the manufacturer has made sure that any size leg can wear it as the strap is exceedingly long. That, on top of the most sticky velcro I have ever come across, make putting this wrap on a bit of a challenge. However, this is an improvement over the last wrap where it did not wrap around my knee and the velcro stopped sticking after only a few months, so I give this wrap high praise. As I said in my headline, it's a keeper!

I am not post op, just looking for ice pack for my knee. I thought it would be helpful wrap ice pack around my entire knee. Returned bc it's hard to wrap around the knee, 3 straps is 1 too many, bulky & takes up a lot of freezer space too. Returned!

The media could not be loaded.  I should have read the reviews and not just looked at the sales pitch images. After TKR and then a manipulation under anesthesia, I am very swollen. I stuffed a thinner regular gel pack underneath the strap to cover the gap and I’ve got the whole knee iced rather than trying to turn it after ten mins. Otherwise It works well, is VERY a cold and the cover is great for protecting your skin from extreme cold. Note: the velcro on the straps is the strongest I’ve ever seen. You could prob tether an elephant with it. It makes it cumbersome to undo but you could probably walk around with it without it coming off — I haven’t tried that, just received it yesterday.

These are very heavy duty. If you are a weak person, you might not be able to use. The straps are heavy duty Velcro and somewhat hard to release after use, if you have weak thumbs might be a challenge. After taking out of the freezer, I place a very light cloth under the wrap, then when the ice warms some I take it out. One side of the wrap is set up to use that first, heaver cloth, then the other side is netted. I just use the netted side all the time. These are very large wraps and love them...bought two so I could inter change. I had a total knee done and after using them on the knee I just retighten and slide down my leg. I also use them for a shoulder impingement. They go all the way down under my collar bone and over my shoulder some. Well worth the money in my opinion.

This ice pack is not only really nice, well made, high quality materials, it's also versatile too!There are 2 pieces, the cover, which has mesh on one side and neoprene on the other. The 2nd piece is the actual ice pack. It has 5 separate cells/compartments for the cooling gel. This helps to keep the cooling more uniform around the entire ice pack. The velcro straps are attached to the ice pack, not the cover. This way, you can use the pack without the cover or if you put the ice pack inside the cover, you can make it so the neoprene cuts some of the cold. Which is really good, if you're using it directly on your skin. You can also place the pack in the cover, with the mesh side making contact. This is really good if you are putting it on top of fabric from clothing. The velcro on the 2 straps are super STRONG!Unlike my other ice packs, this ice pack is large enough to wrap all the way around my knee. Before I was using 2 ice packs on my knee.This ice pack can be wrapped tight enough around your knee, to walk around a little bit. It is kind of heavy and will slide down your leg, if you don't tighten up the velcro straps enough. You're not really supposed to walk around when you're icing your knee anyway, so not a huge issue.This ice pack is really great! So great, I now have two, so I have one cold, when the other isn't. It really helps if you need to ice a lot after knee replacement!It's not limited to use only on the knee. It's great to lay on, for back pain. You can use it on many achy body parts!

I was a bit disappointed with this one.1. It does NOT wrap around the entire knee (unless you have sticks for legs)2. It doesn't hold the cold for longer than 20 min max3. Almost immediately after taking it out of the freezer, if you don't put it on right away, it develops iced condensation that has burned my skin once already.4. The photo makes it look like it's a brace, but the elastic Velcro straps either cut the circulation off or the pack falls down if they're not tight enough.5. It takes so long for it to get cold in the freezer that it's better worth the time to just use a freezer bag of water and a tray of ice. It lasts longer.

My husband is waiting for knee surgery and it is great to put on and it stays on! Fits right around his knee and stays cold for quite awhile! If it is too cold on the mesh side turn it over or place a towel under it! He will use it after surgery as well. Worth the money!!!!!!

My husband recently had knee surgery and this ice pack has been amazing for his recovery. It is large, stays cold, material is soft, and has excellent straps to secure in place on knee. Excellent product for the price.

It has great surface area coverage for knees and elbows. Stays cold for up to 40 min and the velcro is really good and keeps it in place.

This is a really nice hot/cold pack! Comfortable. Thick straps to hold it in place. Comes with an additional sleeve to provide a layer of distance between extreme cold or extreme heat. Heats and freezes effortlessly.I'm pleased and impressed with the product.
