Does not work as expected and looses connection to wifi. Problem was identified, it works only with 2.4G networks!

One of the best decisions I ever made. I was initially skeptical about it as it did not have the rear surround sound speakers like the Hw950a but I had limitations of power cables etc behind my sofa so had to go for this and I am literally blown away. The sound quality is amazing, The woofer is exceptional and the connectivity with my Samsung TV, Samsung phone and iPhone is so seamless. The only big regret I have is the lack of built in Alexa in the UAE versions unlike the international ones but I can live with it. The movie experience (esp the ones with Dolby Atmos sound) is exceptional and listening to music is pure bliss! Big thumbs up for this product.The package was delivered in a great condition with all original accessories and manuals.

Great product deliver clear output and covers complete range of frequencies.

Out of the box I wasn't impressed, couldn't tell that much of a difference between my TV speakers and the soundbar save for a richer lower end due to the sub. After digging into forums about the best settings in the TV eARC and what output settings to use in my playstation and xbox, it's way more impressive.It's not a replacement for true multi speaker surround sound but the presence of 3d audio is noticable. Definitely looking into adding the rear channels to support this. The refurbished version is almost worth the price, but new I wouldn't be nearly as happy with the quality.

Sound so amazing. This sound bar fills up the whole room. Sounds come from all directions. A true movie experience in your living room

This item came renewed. Every thing works like it should. But the veneer on the subwoofer is coming off. This is the only problem I have with it.

Esta barra de sonido sin duda es excepcional, no le doy las 5 estrella por 2 razones específicas, la primera puede ser de percepción aunque ya lo e leído en algún otro lado y es que su subwoofer no tiene ese sonido profundo y envolvente que por lo menos si tenia mi antigua Q70R, y lo segundo si es un fallo sin resolver y es que al pedirle a alexa que reproduzca música de Spotify dice que la barra de sonido no es compatible, una total locura

Probably the best soundbar I’ve purchased. It sounds fantastic in my condo . We’ll worth the money. This is my 5th soundbar and I really researched this time because most just don’t do much. For a soundbar this thing is really good. Unless I want to spend upwards of 2000 dollars , I do not believe I can beat this product
