try adding some Iridescent Opalescent Cellophane to the jar to hide the lights when they aren't on, and you can see the lights thru the cellophane. You can get a great price for the Iridescent Opalescent Cellophane here on Amazon. Then the stories you can tell are endless. I gave these to my workers and gave them all a story. Now they can tell stories to their family and friends....not just kids. Great gift.

This was great for a craft project. I had some problems with water getting in the jar, however. The lid/ring needs to be very tight to avoid leaks.

Great product, have ordered these lights for several years to create jar lights. Have sold the lights at church bazaar and one customer hangs tbem out side all year long and they are still working. They also come in just white lights as well.
