A great outside source of heat
I think the 5stars reflects my opinion of this outside Dellonda wood burner assembly is straight forward you only need to tighten everything together with the nuts/bolts it's that easy. The supplied poker is helpful to stoke the fire when needed and is relatively inexpensive very pleased.

Bottom shelf doesn't fit.
The bottom shelf doesn't fit, it's to small, also the picture shows storage space on the shelf when in place, if the shelf fitted there is not enough space for anything to be stored. Other than that we're quite happy with it.

Coal
When I bought this chiminea the description clearly stated you could burn coal. Instructions with the unit when it arrived stated you couldn't. I therefore gave it a one star review. Dellonda were in contact with me that same morning apologising offering to collect the chiminea and reimburse me. They also made sure the item description was amended. Good customer service.I intend to keep the chiminea as I like the product and I can make use of it on our second patio. It came ready for self assembly and all parts were there and fitted together as they were supposed to. It took me about 40 minutes to put it together working slowly and methodically. A Phillips screwdriver was the only tool required.Because of Dellonda's customer service and because I like the product I have altered my rating from 1 to 4 stars. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that you cannot tell how these things are going to perform long term.

Fanatastic Device
It came well packaged with loads of protective material in a sturdy box. Look great and I cannot see anything wrong with it. if does rust then there aleays hamerite spray to spruce it up which works fantastically

Not the best
Its a smoker, dont see the point of the chimny as the smoke comes out from every where all my friends went home stinking wouldnt recommend . be ok for an indian for smoke signals but when it gets going its not so bad but !!!!!

Good size chimnea and looks good
I liked that it came with a poker. It looks good and was a decent price.
