Shipping was a little slow for Amazon, but came in timely manner. Towels are just what you would expect to find in a spa or gym. Wash them first to get all the lint. They will fluff up a bit.

reasonable price, nice for a second bathroom

Ok I'll admit when I first opened these hand towels I was not impressed with them. They seemed thin and had long threads attached to the seams all over the place. The towels were packed tight so naturally all the loops were squashed down flat. After I washed them and cut off all the lose threads they looked and felt much better but it took two washing before they absorbed like towels should. I bought these to replace my 16 yr. old kitchen towels that had been repaired several times over the years and were getting in very bad shape. I like the size of these towels and loved the price. I also like that they are white since I do add bleach to my washer when I'm washing towels. I can't get my hubby to use paper towels when eating a meal so bleaching is necessary. I will be buying these again in the future. They aren't thick high quality towels but they aren't bad either and I think they are a good value for the price. I also liked that you can buy these in a bundle and not have to pay high prices for just 4 kitchen towels.

these are just what I was looking for. They fit in a niche between washcloths and rags. They are not meant to be luxurious soft or decorative towels. They are priced appropriately for what they are. I use them for both purposes, rags for cleaning around the house and to wipe my face and neck when I come in hot and sweaty or after a treadmill session. They hold up reasonably well to machine washing, even with bleach. Again, good value for the price which is how I rate most items.

These were bought to pack in hygiene kits for people in crisis. I was really disappointed in the quality of these towels. I realize that at this price point, I shouldn't expect hotel-quality, but these are more like shop rags. I couldn't wash them up before packing, as they must be "brand new", so hoping they may fluff up when washed. I like that they're cotton, but they are thin, without much nap. Several of these completely ripped apart after first wash and also be careful when drying as they are EXTREMELY linty

I love these towels....I'm so glad I found them for my Hair Salon. The towels are long enough to clip around my clients neck for shampooing.

I washed them and hung them out to dry and there weren't all the same size. Weird but not a big deal. I like them so far.
