Edit: Review of the frame is still at 1 star but customer service has earned 5 stars. After talking to customer service they responded quickly and were willing to attempt to rectify the situation. They offered me the choice of sending replacement parts or a refund. While the head and footboard themselves are beautiful, my husband and i do not trust the quality of the parts actually holding the frame together after having them break in less than a month and did not want to be in this same position again in a few weeks so we opted for a refund.Original review: I decided to wait a bit to give the bedframe some use before leaving a review. At this point, i am not happy. It hasnt even been a full month since ive had it and the middle support bar is bent and both middle support legs are bent which has thrown the balance of the bed completely off. My husbamd and I were avle to fix the middle suppport leg by the head of the bed only for it to bend out again and bend the bolt along with it. The support leg at the end of the bed isnt able to be fixed.The total combined weight on this bed everynight is only 250 lbs and theres been no "hanky panky" on it as of yet and at this point we dont trust it for there ever to be. The set up was pretty straight forward. And we were excited to get it as our other bed frame (also from amazon) had broken and wed been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for months while saving up almost $300 for a new frame only to have this one break in a few weeks. Probably going to avoid buying bed frames on amazon from here on out.

There was a mistake in the listing which I did not realize until I had fully assembled the bed. Being that I did not want to disassemble the whole bed and try to send it back, I reached out to Keyluv who promptly responded and satisfactorily resolved the issue. Kind of nerve racking buying an item like this without seeing it, but rest assured that you’re buying from a company that actually cares about customer satisfaction!! (Getting rare these days) all in all it is actually a very nice bed, and I think it is well worth the money, just keep in king that the headboard is 35” tall not 40” My recommendation is buy Keyluv for piece of mind, and if you like the style in the pictures you’ll love the bed and the company. I don’t normally leave reviews unless they’re very impressive or disappointing, so this is a rarity getting 5 stars from me and I was not paid for review. Also everything actually fits together! No need to modify poorly drilled holes or anything

Very very very easy to put together. This is the first bed ever in all my years that was so easy to put together no exaggeration. Love it and so comfortable easy to clean just use a wet rag to wipe down especially if you get white💜

i love the out come of the bed. we kept messing up so we had to screw and unscrew alot lol. but it was our fault. this isnt a bad bed at all for the price. BUT it does leave splinters so u do have to mop after youre done. i did get one splinter on my hand so becareful. other then that it was good. i needed a drill for some parts. u can use a screwdriver but it takes some strength. it also gets dirty quickly -_-. goodluck!

The assembly of this bed is straight forward. There are only a couple of pieces that you have to orient correctly so follow the instructions and pay attention to the small details. This took me 2 hours to assemble and I used power tools. If you screw everything in manually it will take probably 3 hours. Everything is well labeled and the manual is easy to follow. You are provided with extra hardware which I always love, just in case you lose a screw or a washer. My box arrived beat to heck and I was afraid that the bed frame was damaged but the bed frame survived whatever shipping nightmare it went through. Very happy to be sleeping on this tonight.

I loved it

I’m highly disappointed with this product because it is much smaller than expected and it’s made of very cheap materials. The bed sits so close to the floor that you have to literally crawl out of it to stand up. This company should not be allowed to sell anything they have and should be banned immediately. I don’t recommend this product or company unless you want to be ripped off. The quality is very poor, it’s not worth the money paid, and it is not comfortable at all. I don’t like it one bit. I was very excited about this bed until I received it and put it together. Save yourself some money, time and inconvenience and don’t purchase this piece of cheap furniture. It will cost more to return it than it did to buy it. I am livid about this piece of furniture and I feel like I have been robbed and scammed. This is false advertisement to its fullest.
