Careful use gets great results.
I had a chiropractic office and I would use this cream to put on the patients.I would use very little of the cream. You do have to realize that this lotion is very hot. I also advise to NOT have a person put any HEATING type of packs on the area since it opens up the pores on the skin.If a person finds it too hot, I suggest that they use a COLD damp cloth with soap to take off the lotion. Also I suggest showering in cold water to prevent the lotion from penetrating.
