36V Golf Cart Charger - EZGO TXT Medalist

This charger has easy to read charge level in digital numerical format which is different from many of the others. Price to value is fantastic! if I had one thing to say against it is the the plug into the cart is a bit tight so its a little hard for my 8 year old to get it all the way engaged sometimes but since she can see the digital screen she knows when she does get it manhandled.Great prodcuct.TL

Plugged it in fine. Fan let's you know it's on and lights. Cart had good batteries but not run in a couple years. I just left it alone and ignored the led lights for a few days and then I knew it was reviving and trickle charging the batteries when the cart would move. It's slow but mighty.

I bought 2 of these as they sounded fantastic, BUT... They way overcharged both carts and never shut off. I was looking for a maintainer/charger not an "over charger". Both carts ran for 2 days and my garage smelled like an acid factory. I charged them for 2 days then unplugged them as I could smell something was amiss. I tested them after sitting for 2 hours. One cart was at 42.5 Volts and the other at 42 Volts. These do charge but I can't trust them to shut off at all. My batteries would be shot by years end and overcharging/cooking batteries is not good for them. I have sent them in for refund but haven't received the refund yet and I have proof they received them. I will keep you posted if I get the refund. UPDATE ON REFUND. They received the chargers and now don't want to acknowledge they have them. I have UPS delivery proof they got them at 9:45 am on Friday 17th. It is now Tuesday morning the 21st and all I hear from them is crickets. Except for the e-mail telling me they haven't received them and my time is running out to get a refund. They also have a bunch of stipulations to deny a refund like must be bubble wrapped and in all original packaging. And it must have a certain authorization # visible on the outside of the box. Which I did all of this for them. I don't trust them so I called Amazon directly and they said they would initiate a refund.

I’ve had this charger for just over a month and it works great. It may take a little longer to charge really low batteries but it’s better then spending $350 bucks. To answer the question about it auto shutting off, yes it does. Works great!

This 36v trickle charger from the outside looks to be well made. I use my golf cart for transportation around my 5 acre rancher. My original charger made for high use situations was a boat anchor. This one is just the right size for my needs and easy to use. From the outside material appearance and performance I would recommend this item for low and medium use situations like mine.

So I read reviews but had to try this charger and for me it brought my dead somewhat new batteries half charged after abought day and a half . I plugged it in for another day and still half charged luckly my old heavy charger that I thought was broken actually worked and brought it up full so I'm ok with this small charger for my 36v txt as a back up

If you buy this product make sure to plug it directly in to a wall socket do not use exstension cord it wont charge and make sure to check every so often to see how many bars you have on the golf cart meter to see where your charge is at so you dont over charge i have have had absolutely no problems what so ever with this charger would be nice though if the cord was a bit longer.
