I make three dry cups of this probably every two days I eat so much of it. And it's so good most of the time I just eat it plain. I love that it doesn't have a lot of debris in it like other brands I've bought. I just rinse once or twice, put it in my InstantPot and it's perfect a few minutes later.

It was important to me that this product would sprout.I soak them overnight and sprout them for a couple of days and dehydrate them on very low temperature overnight.I use these to make a delicious cereal called buckwheaties.

I never had buckwheat before. I like it. It's now one of my go to gluten-free grains. Cooks fast in the instant pot. I recommend it.

This is the best I brought. Very-very Clean. I checked both of the 2 packages before I cooked and I did not found any dirt in it. So the is perfect. I hope anyone else will find this product as good as I did.
