I debated giving these four or five stars but decided to go with five stars. I have tendinitis in my elbow that flares up when I lift. I purchased cuffs to try to reduce that pain. They have reduced the pain but haven't worked as well as I had hoped. So the reason I was debating four stars is because I'm not sold on cuffs in general. The reason I decided to go with five stars is because if you want cuffs these are great. I first purchased the slingshot brand because I like the actual slingshot. But the sizing on them was off. I have 13.5 inch elbows and got the 13 inch version for the slingshot cuffs hoping that would give the desired compression but they were too loose and didn't fit well. I sent them back. Then I saw this brand and decided to give them a try in the 12 inch version wondering if I was just wishfully measuring my arms. The 12 inch ones were too small and I was going to give up on the whole idea of cuffs. But Bridgette, the owner of WOD Superstore, emailed me to follow up on how I liked them. I told her I didn't like how they fit. She sent me a pair of the 13 inch versions for free and was very pleasant. The 13 inch WOD cuffs fit perfectly and the material is softer than the Slingshot version too, which is important because cuffs can get irritating after you've been lifting with them on for a while. So I still don't love cuffs, they help but not as much as I would hope, but if you want some cuffs these are the best I've tried and the customer service is amazing.

These are great so far. Used them several times during weightlifting. Both are exactly the same size. My forearms measure close to 12" & I got 11" cuffs. They are pretty tight. Too tight to wear on the elbows for very long but they give tight compression on the upper forearms. Material feels good & while the seam is thick I didnt find it bothersome & they adjust easily but stay where U put them. I doubt these will lose elasticity any time soon given the material strength unless U abused them. Definately gonna get a 12" set in the future.

First off, I want to point out that these cuffs do help with my (sometimes) severe elbow pain during heavy lifts. Also, I DO in fact lift slightly heavier weight with pressing movements when utilizing these cuffs. Having said that, the customer service is non-existent, hence the 3 star rating.I originally ordered a pair of 10" cuffs in July. Bridgett (WOD SuperStore owner) contacted me to see if I was happy with my purchase, I explained the cuffs were extremely tight and would quickly cause a red rash and cut off circulation during use (10's were closest to my elbow size). She offered to send me replacement cuffs in size 11 free of charge. I contacted her no less than 4 times (over 2 months) after she told me the replacements would ship out "tomorrow", yet no replacements ever arrived. The final time I emailed her, she told me she would personally send out the replacement cuffs later that day. That was in early September, and I still have no replacement cuffs.I took it upon myself to reorder the size 11's to see if they are in fact, a better fit for me. As expected, they fit a little loose, but better than the 10's by far! After 3 workouts per week for almost 2 months, the 10's are completely blown out with snapped rubber bands everywhere, offering nearly no compression. They fit good for about 2 workouts, the rest of the time they were either too tight or too loose. I now pair the worn out 10's with the new (loose) 11's though, and that seems to be working well for added compression.As for wear and life expectancy, the 11's seem to be wearing much less quickly with no broken rubber bands showing after a month of use. Hand washing these and hanging them on the clothes line is the only way to wash them without shortening their life span. I have found that using cheap copper compression sleeves on my elbows helps with putting these cuffs on or taking them off (without yanking all the hair off my arms). I slip these cuffs off my elbows and let them rest on my wrists in between sets, but I have also found relief simply wearing these around the house the day after I workout. If I could get 3 or more months of steady use from these cuffs and have them offer decent compression ($5 per month is dirt cheap!), I'd be completely happy. Curious to try out Mark Bell's cuffs now to compare quality.

Low quality. Logo was half way attached to the sleeve and I had to rip them off. Edges aren't smooth and it is itchy. Compressession is good and it does what it should, but who wants to buy super cheap looking products in the gym and look poor?

Great product, these give my elbows a break, I should have been using something like this for years. I am training for next years masters power lift bench so I will need them!!!
