Just received the battery and have to say the instructions and tools provided were great. I have never swapped a battery on an Iphone - the instructions provided have pictures and are easy to follow (with all important warnings about screw sizes and not to mix them up). Battery came with a 50% charge and took 4 hours of Video to drain it to allow it first full charge.When undertaking this battery swap get a white cloth to work on (helps find the dropped screws), some way of keeping the screws seperated and don't be in a hurry. It took me 40mins, start to finish. I have given 4 stars for the kit and instructions - hope to give 5 stars after the battery proves it is as good as the kit.

While it came with all of the necessary tools and it was easy to install, the battery seems to be defective or old, as the new battery drained from 40% to dead in about an hour, with regular use, which is not that much slower than the old battery I was replacing. Unfortunately I will likely have to just purchase another battery, so I would recommend another brand.Edit: removed two stars. At about two months old I already need a new battery as this one barely stays charged and is causing screen flickering. Which means I have to go through the effort of replacing it all over again.

Not sure if I just got a bad one or what. Kit and instructions worked flawless. Followed instructions on charging completely. Battery health measured 95% on first charge and never again. I fully cycle phone and it just slowly has gone downhill ever since. Results after one month is 83% max and runntime continues to diminish. So far not impressed. I’ve check connections etc and all is as it should be.

Easy to install and works as expected

This Battery failed for a customer. I am a installer with many experiences in product and installs. This battery had to be replaced by another brand on Amazon. Sadly i can not recieve my money back for a faulty in the product. Dear wasanjo, If you would like your battery back, it is $17.95
