Livpure PEP Star RO+UV+UF Water Purifier

I have purchase LIVPURE PEP STAR 20 days back and from first day i am facing issue with this.1. Amazon sent me wrong product I have ordered for purple color and i received white ( invoice also have purple as item color ) so my warranty goes for a toss.2. Then also i thought ok let me install this and use since amazon take another 10 days to replace the order.3. After using for 20 days , water refilling indicator stops working.4. Though it's a cosmetic issue there is no problem in quality of water.5. I am satisfied with the taste and quality of water so i cant say product is bad.6. I have raise complain to LIVPURE for service as it is in warranty.7. For Amazon delivery and service and post product sell help ( for this I am really pissed off and for that i rate amazon as 1 star ).

Performance & quality wise perfect in it's price range. Very poor for its installation service, in fact no service at SURAT city. We had to persive so many times for installation to their officer at Ahmedabad. At last he deputed service center's personal to install who was demanding installation charge. After arguments the officer at Ahmedabad promised & made free. The question is they remove promises given on site that "FREE INSTALLATION ALL OVER INDIA".

This is a worst water purifier, not with worth to 1/2 star rating. Every 3 months one or the other filters will stop working. 1st year Livpure gives free service, also they will give free replacement of all filters (except RO) as it is under warranty. But after a year this purifier will unleash the HELL - Water leakage, Stopping Purification, Continuous beep, Loud noise of filtering & the list goes on & on.Livpure Customer Care - On calling Livpure customer care number to register a complaint, it takes minimum of 20-25 mins to connect any of the livpure customer care executive. Registering the complaint from website doesn't get registered at all, livpure website is designed in such a way that it gives complaint number, complaint registered successfully & all such shit but the complaint will not be registered in actual.Raising a complaint itself is a painful work with Livpure.Servicing --- Can't even give 1/2 star rating about the service. Livpure doesn't have their own service technicians. Livpure outsource servicing to third party agencies. Each time purifier comes under repair people from different agencies are assigned & they do it on their own ways making it even worse.THIS PRODUCT IS A UTTER WASTE OF MONEY.LIVPURE IS WORST COMPANY. DONT SPEND HARD EARNED ON THIS WASTE PRODUCT.

Product was good, installation/services was quite not so good..!!

When I started using the product,It worked fine for first 6 months.As product is under warranty, Technician visited my home and did free service.Later started actual problem. Suddenly Waste water was not coming, Placed a service request. Technician came and repaired.In last 3 months, I have placed 5 requests for product repair. Every time the technician comes with a new problem and replaces some part. I am not happy with Product Service.Extended warranty costs 4999 + 110 for first visit + 220 for second + 330 for 3rd visit. Since we are using the product, we have bare 5500 every year. Instead, you can buy a new purifier every year.

I am using it for 1+yr but during warranty year it was working well but at last month of warranty its carbon filter bursted...i called to company ...they any how arranged the service and replacement....but their service engineer didn't replaced that...rather he bypassed the line from automatic system also ....as a result any time the filter/ro run without supply for sometime...as usual and now I have to spend abt INR3600/For damaged pump and some other parts of the machine...this is what it's durability and service......means very bad...and till the date its moter, membrane, and filters are already changed and today it is showing pcb problem ... means it is worst filter / ro
