Q: Would have enough airflow to blow my desktop pc to remove the dust ?

More airflow than compressed air cans you get at the office store. I find it blows a little too hard because small items get blown off the desk as well as dust.

Q: I purchased this and the battery charger - is there another part to purchase? i don't see how the one+ attaches to the charger?

There should be three pieces. The blower itself. A charger that plugs into an outlet. A battery that plugs into both of the above. Pretty straight forward, thinking you are missing one of those components. Also comes with two plastic blower attachments. This is a fine product and is as described.

Q: Are there adapters for the nosile to inflate tires?

Not to inflate tires. Inflate toys and mattresses and pool floats yes. Tires no. Good for blowing sawdust off, too. Almost as good as a compressed air gun.
