WYZworks 350W Semi Automatic Tea Cup Sealing Machine 300-500 cups/hr for Bubble Boba Milk Tea Coffee Smoothies Sealer

This machine seals the cups very tight once set up properly. Initially I had put the film roll on backwards per the diagram on the top of the machine. The side diagram shows the film roll facing the other way, but that diagram is for routing it through the eye and over the roller. Routed incorrectly, the film would not adhere to the cups evenly, and sometimes not at all, even if the temperature is turned up over 200 degrees F.I sent a support request to the seller and they responded the next day with a few questions. While gathering the information they needed I discovered the film routing was wrong so I turned it around and tried it with a Poly Propylene (PP) cup. It sealed perfectly. I could not even pull the film off once it was on there. I can now seal a cup full of liquid, turn it upside down and shake it and the film does not come off. The film will not seal to PET or PETE cups. It only works with PP cups and is best with the Karat brand as they have a wide lip. The film is also one sided, so it will not seal if installed the wrong way.

I bought 2 of these machines, each one 2 months apart from each other. After buying the first one, it was working perfectly, so I was happy so I bought another one. Both of these are now DEAD, NON-WORKING, within 1 year of their purchase. The 2nd purchased one stopped working about 2 months ago. The first purchased one just stopped working 2 weeks ago. When I contacted the company, the company refused to fix it because the warranty is only for 90 days. NOTE that nowhere on the listing does the warranty information is displayed, and to know that before buying the machine means you have to reach out to the company separately. Both of these are now having E2 errors, and are not sealing. So now I have 2 machines bought at $550 each, and they're both paperweights. My previous automatic sealing machine bought on Amazon from another brand is still working (4 years still going strong), and yet these died within 1 year! Stay away from this product!

I was disappointed at the very beginning that I cannot seal cups properly didn’t matter how many cups I tried. But later on I found out that I was supposed to use PP cups but I was using PET cups. After I switch to PP cups, it just sealed perfectly. Excellent product, definitely recommend it.

We purchased this to seal to-go drinks for our restaurant. It works great and was easy to set up. Feels very solid and has been a great addition to our kitchen.

Item seems steardy but the top rod that spins is bent. Also there's a lose screw found in the box. Not sure what to do? I will need to exchange it for a new one. I will update rating once I receive a new replacement.

The machine hasn't worked for a few days now, if you turn it on it smokes and it keeps spinning, I've only had it for two months.

This machine is crap. It won’t release the cup when you put it in to seal. Many other business owners I know are dealing with this and can’t contact the seller
