I've been using this for years, a good natural mood lifter.

I cannot say anything about the effectiveness of this yet as this is not something I will use all of the time and just received it. The capsules themselves are the same size I usually see capsules in for herbs. I am not having bad reactions to it. I did receive a defective bottle where the top will not screw back on straight once off for the first time, so I have to leave it in the box. This is not a deal breaker in me buying it again though, unless I find out later this is a common issue. As long as I did not have problems later with it, I would get it again.

These seem to help just level out my mood a little.

I started taking these to prevent having to be put on anti depressants. I don’t like the aspect of negative side effects associated with coming on + going off them. I didn’t realize that this herb had its own set of side effects when stopping them. Terrifying, vivid, lucid dreams ensued and lasted a few a days. Won’t be finishing the bottle.

I was taking this product to treat mild/moderate depression. Started feeling some anxiety about a week in, but didn't make the connection immediately. After a few days my anxiety worsened and led to a 20 min strong panic attack. After stopping usage my anxiety stopped after a couple days.
