Bought this as a replacement. Very good easy to use does exactly what it is supposed to. Material is soft so feels comfortable and the beads seem to be at a good level. My only issue was the velcro fastener was right at the lower limit for me so could not tighten it further. Meant it wasn't as snug to my eyes as my last one.Good price so would recommend.

I use this eye mask when I've had a long day in front of computer screens.It's very soothing and relaxing, easily adjusted to fit and is comfortable to wear.I find it stops my eyes feeling gritty and tired.

Great item made a big difference to my dry eye condition

Item is very comfortable, eye mask is full of beads that you can mould to your eyes once on. I have a powerful microwave but still have to put in for 25-30 seconds to achieve the necessary heat. Does not hold heat for longer than 5-6 minutes max so this was slightly disappointing for me given that I require a full 10 minutes - however if you only need 5 minutes of warmth then this will be fine for you. My eyes seem to be feeling a lot better. After a week of using it twice a day- I now realise that once a day is best for me before bed. Overall it would be prefect if it held the heat for longer.

My doctor recommended this. It's perfect, so soothing and it does create sooth my tear ducts. Lovely material, no smell. Microwaveable and easy to use and clean. Even if your eyes are just tied, pop this on for a few moments and then they will feel refreshed.

I have tried this product because I get very dry eyes in the night and can hardly open my them first thing in the morning. My optician recommended a warm compress, plus wiping the edges of my eyelids with a warm baby shampoo solution and cotton wool. I also use drops of eye gel just before getting into bed. All this makes symptoms reduced but doesn't cure it altogether.The product itself is very easy to use and is great value for money. I heat it up in the microwave for between 20 and thirty seconds, and the beads inside are warm enough to last up to 5 minutes, which is long enough for me. Because the beads can move around inside the mask, you can gently massage the beads into your eye sockets to get a snug fit, but make sure your eyes don't get too hot; your eyes should feel pleasantly warm, not hot.A tip on wiping your eyes: don't use expensive wipes, simply get an egg cup and fill it with warm water plus a few drops of baby shampoo; soak cotton wool in it and wipe the edges of your eyelids, gently pull the lower lid down to wipe that; the upper one is more tricky, just sandwich the cotton wool between the lower and upper lid without touching your eyeball, and wipe along from corner of eye nearest your nose, to the outer corner. ps don't try this with normal soap, it will hurt!Overall I am quite happy with this product. I am not totally cured, but I don't blame the product for that, it just does what it does (warms your eyes).
